Highbury was founded by Ling Wong — scientist, founder, and investor. Trained as an engineer, proven as an inventor, and seasoned across fifteen years of backing companies at the frontier, Ling built Highbury on a simple idea: the partner you want at the table is the one who has sat on every side of it.
